London based vegas water taxi, led by singer/guitarist Ben Hambro (Lazarus Kane etc), have signed with Stockholm based indie label PNKSLM Recordings (ShitKid, Clutter, 7ebra etc). First off the band’s cult debut LP things are gonna be alright is set to be re-released on PNKSLM as an expanded set featuring five bonus live tracks taken from the band’s performance at the legendary Windmill Brixton in February 2024, featuring an 11 piece live band and an early version of recent single “birkenstocks”. The expanded edition is due out on June 13 digitally as well as being pressed on vinyl for the first time.

vegas water taxi sold out London’s The Lexington at the end of 2024 and earlier this year the band performed as part of The Line of Best Fit’s Five Day Forecast as well as opening for Katy J Pearson at KOKO. The band is currently recording new music, set to be released on PNKSLM later this year.
